In 2022, Eileen was selected for the Forbes Business Council, and in 2023, she was chosen for the Rolling Stone Culture Council. She has led our agency to being named to the Inc. 5000 Class of 2024 and now is a member of Inc. Masters, all of which are a testament to her expertise and leadership.

Boasting an impressive 25-year career in leading technical production companies, Chance made a pivotal shift to Go West in early 2024. Beyond his professional achievements, his vibrant personality is marked by boundless energy, insatiable curiosity, which complements his early morning workout routine. Rick Borja, an integral part of Go West Creative for over 35 years, consistently exceeds client expectations through innovative solutions.
