A Virtual Event: Cocktails with Creatives

Go West Creative, formerly located in the Taylor Arts Building in Germantown Nashville, has been the creator and host of a popular quarterly networking event called Cocktails with Creatives since 2016. This event serves as a platform to bring together members of the Nashville creative community who generously share their time and talents to raise funds for local charities that make a meaningful impact on the city at a grassroots level.

In light of COVID-19, we were unable to host the April 2020 edition of Cocktails with Creatives. However, we refused to let the pandemic stop us from making a difference in the creative community of Nashville. We shifted our focus to creating an event that could raise funds and instill hope for the community during these uncertain times.

 WE BROUGHT THE TELETHON BACK! 

With only four days to plan, our Go West Creative team decided to host a global virtual concert to raise funds for four local charities that support the creative community. We utilized the time, talent, and resources of our entire team to make it happen. Twelve incredibly talented artists from eight cities on two continents generously donated their time and talent to perform in the virtual concert. Our CEO and Chief Creative, David Fischette, acted as the "Jerry Lewis" of the event and hosted the broadcast, encouraging viewers to give generously through various online platforms.
